It enables a simultaneous recording from 1 to 12 ECG leads. Poly-Spectrum-8/E prints ECG on any jet or laser printer. Moreover, it prints ECG on plain paper instead of expensive thermopaper in contrast to a common electrocardiograph. The ECG system is supplied with very simple software. It takes a person without any special training just a few minutes to master its operation. Easy and very convenient software provides a very high carrying capacity of the unit and enables to use it for mass checkups.

Poly-Spectrum-8/E carries out automatic ECG measurement and interpretation. Also it can be supplemented with optional modules for heart rate variability analysis Poly-Spectrum-Rhythm; the Q-T interval dispersion analysis Poly-Spectrum-QT; ventricular late potentials registration and analysis Poly-Spectrum-VLP, and exercise stress testing Poly-Spectrum-Ergo.

What about the quality of ECG recording?

Poly-Spectrum-8/E digitizes ECG with 2000 Hz sampling rate at 12 bit A/D converter resolution. It has the system of hardware compensation of patient cable permittance change, caused by its movements, and a set of high-capacity digital filters. All these features enable to register high-quality ECG under any circumstances.

Is it possible to supplement the system with different techniques of ECG analysis?

The unit enables to use additional analysis software: ECG measurement and interpretation software Poly-Spectrum-Analysis (already included in Poly-Spectrum-8/E delivery set); heart rate variability analysis software Poly-Spectrum-Rhythm, which is intended for the study of autonomic nervous system influence on heart, as well as for analysis of arrhythmias by the correlation rhythmography method; the Q-T interval dispersion analysis software Poly-Spectrum-QT; the ventricular late potentials registration and analysis software Poly-Spectrum-VLP; and the exercise stress testing software Poly-Spectrum-Ergo.
